“Hei Ti” (‘Hey You’ in English) is the new funky floor filler from Carwyn Ellis & Rio 18‘s upcoming album Fontana Rosa, dropping on the 23rd of May via Légère Recordings. Recorded at the legendary Toerag Studios in London (sadly now no longer) it’s a rallying call for getting ready, going out and getting down on the dancefloor- all set to a Latin post-punk disco beat, replete with sassy synthesizer hooks and dense percussion. Think ESG goes to Funkytown!
