Sun Atlas tease album with hypnotic second single ‘The All Is Mind’
Sun Atlas, the anonymous LA-based masked collective whose identities remain deliberately concealed, release “The All Is Mind”, the latest single from their forthcoming album Law Of Attraction, due for release on November 6th via Phlegmatic Records.
Everything begins with a thought.
“The All Is Mind” glides through cinematic soul, spiritual jazz, Ethio-inspired melodies and effortlessly propulsive grooves, revealing another fragment of the strange and luminous world Sun Atlas have been constructing. Warm analogue textures, fluid percussion and hypnotic melodic lines give the track the feeling of a forgotten soundtrack—familiar, but impossible to place.
For listeners drawn to the mysterious grooves of Glass Beams, Khruangbin and Surprise Chef, “The All Is Mind” offers another entry point into the Sun Atlas universe: instrumental, atmospheric and deeply rooted in groove, while resisting any easy geographical or stylistic definition.
This track follows on from first single “Voodoo Cobra” which introduced the upcoming album’s recurring serpent motif—a symbol of wisdom, temptation, transformation, rebirth and eternity. Across the album, that serpent becomes part of an imagined mythology where forgotten grooves, ritual rhythms, spiritual jazz, vintage breaks and cosmic soul exist without borders.
The ten compositions unfold like chapters recovered from a forgotten manuscript. Titles such as “The All Is Mind”, “You’re Bound By Nothing”, “Everything Flows” and “Collective Divine” suggest fragments of a lost philosophy, while the music inhabits a territory that refuses easy geographical definition.
Not African. Not Middle Eastern. Not American. Not European. Somewhere else.
Sun Atlas have always treated anonymity as part of the music itself. Faces remain hidden and names remain unspoken, removing the individual from the frame so the compositions can occupy it entirely.
The collective’s acclaimed debut, Return To The Spirit, was released by Mocambo Records in 2024. Their track “12th Dimension Caravan” has since surpassed 170,000 Spotify streams, while in 2026 the world of Sun Atlas arrived at SXSW.
Now, with “The All Is Mind”, another piece of Law Of Attraction comes into focus.
The thought has appeared. The world continues to unfold.
“The All Is Mind” out digitally on Sep. 25th 2026 on Phlegmatic Records
