Sun Atlas, the anonymous LA-based masked collective whose identities remain deliberately concealed, release their sophomore album Law Of Attraction via Phlegmatic Records.

Little has changed. Nobody knows who Sun Atlas are. Nobody is supposed to.

The masked ensemble continues to conceal every trace of identity. Faces remain hidden. Names remain unspoken. There are no personalities to worship, no mythology built around individuals. For Sun Atlas, anonymity has never been a gimmick. It is part of the composition.

Following their acclaimed debut album Return To The Spirit, released in 2024 on Mocambo Records, the mysterious Los Angeles-based collective returns with Law Of Attraction—not as a sequel, but as a deeper step into the world they have been quietly constructing from the beginning.

Law Of Attraction takes its name from the philosophy of the same title—not as doctrine or self-help manifesto, but as another fragment of the mythology surrounding Sun Atlas.
At the centre of this world coils the serpent. Few symbols have travelled through human history with greater persistence. Wisdom. Temptation. Transformation. Rebirth. Eternity. It appears throughout the world of Sun Atlas.

The ten compositions of Law Of Attraction unfold less like songs than chapters from a forgotten manuscript. Titles like “The All Is Mind”, “You’re Bound By Nothing”, “Everything Flows” and “Collective Divine” are fragments recovered from a forgotten philosophy.

Cinematic soul, garage funk, spiritual jazz, Ethio-inspired melodies, hypnotic percussion, vintage breaks and psychedelic textures dissolve into music from a place that has always existed, but never appeared on a map. Not African. Not Middle Eastern. Not American. Not European. Somewhere else. An imagined territory where forgotten grooves, ritual rhythms, dusty soundtrack aesthetics and cosmic soul exist without borders.

Since the release of Return To The Spirit, the world of Sun Atlas has continued to expand. The debut 45 “The Mystic Parade” b/w “Grand Theft” disappeared almost as quickly as it appeared, mistaken for a forgotten soundtrack, an obscure 70s library recording or a lost hip-hop sample. Among the compositions on Return To The Spirit, “12th Dimension Caravan” has travelled furthest, surpassing 170,000 Spotify streams and introducing Sun Atlas to listeners around the world. In 2026, the world of Sun Atlas arrived at SXSW.

With Law Of Attraction, the world of Sun Atlas continues to unfold in an era built on visibility. Interviews may reveal ideas and philosophy, but never the identities behind the masks. Only the music is ever revealed. Perhaps that has been the law of attraction all along.
